You may have read in some of my other posts that I very much dislike commercial “Hallmark” greeting cards. I love art cards and homemade cards, complete with a personal message inside. Though I will admit that I’ve on occasion succumbed to the convenience of the ready-made mass-produced sentiment, I do try to be more creative.

On this particular Wednesday, Meebs and I decided to paint a birthday message to Grandma V and post it on her Facebook wall. This way everyone could see, it could live on forever as a photo, it was environmentally friendly (enviro paints), and even more, Meebs had a blast making it. If it’s the thought that counts, then Meebs is a master.
